Once
I order, how long before my account is set up?
Usually this takes less than 12 hours to do. Once an order
is received it is processed for fraud, which is majority of the
wait. Once we have received the payment, we will create the account.
Is there any downtime when upgrading to a different plan?
No, there should not be any downtime when upgarding plans or even to other servers. If you need to move to another server we will simply move your account over. If you had a reseller account your IP's will be moved as well, no nameserver changes will be needed in that case. If you are on a shared account you will have to change your nameservers however we will route requests from the current server to the new one while it updates so even in this case your account should not suffer any downtime.
There was an issue with my payment going through, what should I do?
If you have been sent instructions in an email then follow that otherwise contact billing with the email address in the menu to the left for billing and include your domain name, full name, along with the issue.
How do I upgrade to another plan?
Email billing with the email address in the menu to the left and let us know the domain name that the account is under, your full name, and which plan you would like to go to.
