Our strongest focus is on reliability and uptime. Through careful monitoring of each server to ensure that space and bandwidth along with other resources are always available, our server administrators keep an eye on issues with servers and are paged immediately if a server has downtime.

Customer service is our second objective. As a relatively small company, the support is on a personal level. We avoid one-line responses and try to be as thorough as possible by not responding with canned responses. We have flash tutorials in our support section as well.

Before even starting the company, we looked at what would be useful for most people and designed our packages around the needs of website owners. Learn from the past, live in the present, plan for the future
We entered the IT market in 1998 building small websites for many years, reaching over 5,000 unique visitors a day. Throughout all this, we had been placing a large emphasis on the hosting market. Now, we are taking the role of the host. As for the future, we plan to stick with hosting and expand on our customer base. Having been in business for quite some time, this is clearly a profitable business that is here to stay.

Unlike many other companies, we focus on a few services and concentrate on just those. This way we can maintain a level of quality and serve you as a customer, just as well three years from now as we can today.
